1.What is the Return Processing Time for our orders?
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Whiskeysdecanter.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-8:00PM (PST).
Orders placed after 8:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
2.How do I Cancel My Order?
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process.
Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.
