Orders placed after 8:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
1.Where do we Ship From?
Our warehouse address is 23957 Vista Delgado Dr, Santa Clarita, California, from where your Globe Whiskeys Decanter products will be shipped after you place your order.
We believe that by focusing on one region of the market, we are able to better understand the needs of my customers and provide a higher quality of service.
Currently, we only support orders from the United States.
2.What is our Shipping Cost?
For all US orders, we ship free of charge using UPS Express and orders are delivered within 5-8 business days of dispatch.
3.How long is our Delivery Time?
Our delivery time is 6-11 business days. The details will be as follows:
(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days.
(2) Shipping time is 5-8 business days.
4.Who is responsible for the Tax?
The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
5.How do we pack our products?
Our Globe Whiskeys Decanter will be packed in double-layer cardboard box, and all of our packaging is made from biodegradable materials and will not damage our environment.
6.How do I sign for the product?
After receiving the Globe Whiskeys Decanter, if the damage is found (such as defects, cracks, poor sealing, etc.), please email our customer service Trevor Stevens via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
